Caveats: NONE
Don't know what you are upgrading from, but I found a long time ago if
the 331 does not have at least firmware 4.5, it will not work.
Unless it has been updated since Dec 1, the latest firmware version is
5.25.
You will need a windows box to update the firmware.

Finally upgraded to 10.5.6. I didn't expect Apple to fix their support
of SC readers. I wasn't disappointed. My only hypothesis is that Apple
doesn't care about the Federal/Military market. A mac is 100% useless to
me if my CAC doesn't work.
