I got mine (old version) from there just a few months ago so it must be there somewhere even if 2008 isn't. FWIW, I immediately deleted it after having it loaded just a few minutes because it still tried to take over my machine a la most MS programs. I shelled out the money for the pure Apple versions (IWork 08) and like them much better than the Windows versions. Also, if you just go to the Mac site and order as a Government (for self) purchase at the bottom of the page you'll get the same deal. No need to go to the HUP site. They show Office 2008 for Mac for sale there. I want to say I saved $40 off the old version but I can't remember for sure and don't know if there's a similar savings for 2008.
