Yes we did make a package with a patch for the CCIDClassDriver, and we have
supplied it to the Army. The Army team should have a version that works
with both Intel and PPC macs. I canĀ¹t say if the Army will include this on
the Army Golden Master or not. I CAN say that I personally recommend using
an OmniKey card reader with Leopard. I have tested this with pretty much
all the CAC variants and with PIV cards and it works just fine. Mine is an
OmniKey CardMan 3121 with a weighted base. I use it daily with Oberthur
CAC.
