The latest wireless STIG from DISA (
http://iase.disa.mil/stigs/stig/wireless_stig_v5r2.pdf) allows for some
Bluetooth use, but we're still trying to determine what that really allows
us to do.
At the very least, the Army has allowed the use of Bluetooth CAC readers for
BlackBerries (as noted on the Two-Way Email Device (TWED) list on AKO), but
not Bluetooth headsets.
I have heard whether Bluetooth CAC readers for laptops have been approved
(or is available, for that matter).

I believe the current requirement for Blackberries and Laptops requires that
Bluetooth to be administratively (user has no control) turned off and
preferably physically disabled.
