Have you tried shutting down the virtual machine, restarting VMWare, checking the settings, then restarting the machine?
I have seen odd behavior in both bridged and NAT modes, but that drill has always corrected them for me.

Hi all-
I'm having some trouble with a VMWare installation. Things
are normally incredibly smooth with it and it's really the first time I've
hit any issue with VMWare Fusion. I took a snapshot of a physical machine with
VMWare Converter and moved the resulting VM files to a MacBook Pro. When the
VM is in Bridged mode, all works as expected. However, when the VM is in NAT
mode, it can only access intranet webpages and things like Outlook don't
work correctly. Is there any way to "reset" how the NAT works on
VMWare?
Thanks!
