Is there an explanation (and how to) of how to make coolkey & CACs

Coolkey is a PKCS#11 module, and is *supposed* to work with anything
that uses PKCS#11.
Firefox 3 works with one minor glitch--it sometimes won't prompt for
the PIN, which can be worked around by logging into the card via the
Security Devices dialog. Thunderbird should work also, and may have
the same issue (though TB is on a different NSS and PSM module version).
It also won't load in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Not sure of the error
there but I've not had a chance to chase it down.
It will *not* work with any application that relies on CDSA
(basically, anything using Keychain).
