I assume your webmail does not work with Safari? I ask because Safari works
fine with web sites that require CAC. I haven't tried using Firefox since I
upgraded to Leopard (actually since I had to rebuild my machine) but
previously there were definitely issues where attempting to enable use of
the CAC within Firefox security/certificate preferences would crash it every
time.
The instructions from http://handle.dtic.mil/100.2/ADA445103 are somewhat
outdated now, but the section for configuring Thunderbird can be applied to
Firefox. Again, I'm assuming that the procedure is the same under Leopard
as in previous versions of OS X.
