This workflow might be familiar to you:
Browsing a web site and find something you want to share with someone
so you select and copy some of the text on the web page and then hit
CMD + Shift + i (the letter i) and get a new Mail message with the
title of the web page in the subject line and the URL in the subject
area and then you paste in your text. I do this quite a bit. Here's a
better way to achieve the same thing:
Add the following as a URL in your bookmarks Bar and click on it, it
will open mail and paste the Title of the current Web page into the
mail as subject and in the body of the email paste the URL for you.
One click...
javascript:location.href='mailto:?SUBJECT='+escape(document.title)+'&BODY='+escape(location.href)
This variant will also take any highlighted text on the webpage and
quote that in the body of the email it creates (along with URL and
title)
javascript:location.href='mailto:?SUBJECT='+document.title+'&BODY='+escape('<'+location.href+'>'+'\r\r'+getSelection())
