One of our subcontractors has purchased a server certificate from
IdenTrust for a server that we manage for the DHS.
We are having trouble getting the root and intermediate certificates
so that Safari and FireFox on OS X are happy with the server
certificate. The IdenTrust web page http://www.identrust.com/support/downloads.html
for root certificate downloads for the TRUSTID certs is out of date
and seems to be worthless for Safari and Firefox users.
Is anyone else using IdenTrust certs? How do you get the current
certs for the root and intermediate chain so the server cert is valid
and Safari and FireFox are happy and the user doesn't have to override
the trust settings making this web site an "exception"?
How do you recommend deploying these certs to your user community?
Regards,
Paul
