I second that emotion! =-)
Recently, some guys I know up in Boston were trying to get a bug
fixed, but they hadn't filed it with Apple. One of the engineers was
talking with them and convinced them to put it in the system. In
about three weeks, maybe less I'd have to ask again, it was fixed.
I don't know if you can expect that speed of service from every bug
you put in since I've had some in for many months, but you can bet it
will get fixed faster if it's in the system than if it's not.
