Glenn,
Mine is working well too -- at home though so the system isn't
supporting any special requirements.

Hey Glenn,
I’ve been using the Upek devices for sometime now. The work like a
charm for me. The device does time out when the computer goes to sleep.
Hitting the Retry button always returns the device from sleep.

All,
I was wondering if anybody has experience
with the Upek Finger Print Reader on the Apple Computers. We have
installed the device on a few test computers and after a couple of days
of use the computers display locks up. We can remotely access the
computers and they are still running, it is just that the resources on
the computer are all used to the point that the display locks up. At
this point it requires us to re-boot the computer. We have been working
with the vendor, but they have not been able to determine what the
issue might be. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
