I will say this...the Juniper SSL VPN blows the Cisco solution (in my
opinion) out of the water. Highly recommended.
Got it up and running with the CAC on OS X in about 10 minutes. Plus,
you can, obviously, set it up to look for almost anything as a
prerequisite. (registry keys, files, AV, etc) This way, you can
mainly ensure that is a Gov't, or specific machine.
I put the Cisco VPN solution to the side after that one.

I was doing a final round of checks to see what anyone is using for
VPN WITH the CAC card? I have found the cisco VPN for Mac unable to
use CAC card. So far I've settled on Juniper VPN. We also don't
have the ability to run Cisco AnyConnect which can utilize the CAC
card. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks!

Any reason you cannot use the built-in VPN services ?
Correct, Cisco VPN client on Mac OS X does not take advantage of the
built-in smart card service available as keychains -- it requires
you to import the identities into the Application's own credential
store.
You indicate you settled on Juniper VPN. So is your real
requirement for SSL VPN ?
