What concerns me even more is that some are panicking out about RFID on a device that already has a camera, GPS, an array of medium-range communications capabilities, and the ability to transmit where it is on the globe to a third party.
And people are going to get up-in-arms about a radio specification whose effective distance (for this application) is measured in feet -- or inches?
