Tim, great tip.
For anyone who's wondering, here are the steps I used:
1. Copy the contents of that zip file into /usr/local/CoolKey/
2. In Firefox, go to Preferences>Advanced>Encryption tab and click the
security devices button
3. Click load and paste this path into the module filename box:
/usr/local/CoolKey/lib/pkcs11/libcoolkeypk11.dylib and click OK
4. Insert your CAC into your reader, select the new CoolKey module and
click Log In in the Device Manager pane
5. Visit https://www.my.af.mil/ and log in using your CAC. It should
work, it did for me.
Outlook Web Access works. For my base, the URL is
https://mail.[mybase].af.mil/. Yours might be different.
