Installing them into:
/System/Library/Keychains/SystemRootCertificates.keychain
/System/Library/Keychains/SystemCACertificates.keycha
Instead of into the user's keychain. The system keychains are automatically
trusted. You can do this with certutil, but you have to run as root.
