You were correct, Dave. Tech support was useless. Although he did speak English which was a shocker. Beware of tech support that gives you a "tiny url" web address to deal with an issue.
Very sad to find such large worm holes in my favorite fruit. By the way, it turns out that A LOT of people have had their Itunes accounts hacked (still not sure if mine was, but theirs were, with heavy charges made to credit cards) which is unforgivable when it is required to get an Iphone account.
Apparently Steve Jobs isn't the only one sick at this company.
