Don't forget to check the CAC reader on the Mac itself. They all will fail after a while, giving exactly those symptoms.

I've been using Entourage 12.2.1 to access my NMCI e-mail with my CAC without any problems until earlier this month when it just stopped working. The last message I received was November 9, 2009 at around 0900. I checked all my settings and they all appear to be good. It still asks for my PIN when I launch it, but it never seems to connect.
Running on SL 10.6.2.
I'm using "webmail.east.nmci.navy.mil/exchange" as the server and have the "This DAV service requires a secure connection" checked. Under the advanced tab, I have my client certificate checked.
Anyone have any ideas on what I could try?
