I wouldn't have the highest hopes, but if the CAC reader
does check out fine, you could try re-registering with
Entourage...
The way I do this is to archive & delete the
"Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities"
directory (with no Microsoft apps running). Then, the next
time you run Entourage, it'll prompt you (from scratch) to
set up your account... That's fairly easy for me - we
support auto-configure. When I set up my Air Force .mil
email (before I switched to Mac) it wasn't that
difficult... It's probably worth a shot anyway; if it
doesn't work, you can switch back to the archived
identity...
Good luck,

I've been using Entourage 12.2.1 to access my NMCI
e-mail with my CAC without any problems until earlier
this month when it just stopped working. The last
message I received was November 9, 2009 at around 0900.
I checked all my settings and they all appear to be
good. It still asks for my PIN when I launch it, but it
never seems to connect. Running on SL 10.6.2.
I'm using "webmail.east.nmci.navy.mil/exchange" as the
server and have the "This DAV service requires a secure
connection" checked. Under the advanced tab, I have my
client certificate checked.
Anyone have any ideas on what I could try?
