Tim/Shawn,
Did you get Firefox to authenticate with OWA? I installed CAC plugin
and loaded pkcs11 tokend. FF prompts me for cert, I select what
appears to be my email signature cert, but authentication fails.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm so close! Does FF session timeout
like Safari? I can get in w/ Safari.

Login either
o Window's based PCs ALL require 3rd-party middleware to
provide SSO to AD with CAC/PIV
o MS provides PKINIT, but lacks the native support for the
CAC/PIV
Actually...not so much:

Just sayin'.
However, AFAIK it won't work with Vista (different minidriver spec
version, I believe) and *certainly* won't work on XP.
