Short answer: Thou Shalt Not. DoD rules state that you can only
process DoD data on DoD systems. You need DLA to approve using
contractor systems for day-to-day use on the contract. Since you were
provided gov't furnished equipment, that's not likely without a contract
mod and some serious justification (read: literally cannot accomplish
the SOW any other way).
