Indeed, the NDA is very clear: material that is openly posted on web sites available to the general public is not among the information you may not discuss.
That doesn't mean it's fair game for those under NDA to confirm or deny its accuracy, but the content and body of information available in such a way is fair game for reference, discussion, and speculation. Of course, the nature of such information is, by nature, unconfirmed or based on rumors, thereby limiting its usefulness. The point is, we're not enjoined from talking about material that has been openly revealed elsewhere.
