If you accidentally update one, if you have time machine on your Mac, you can roll it back to the previous version, but as far as I know it will always bug you to update it (with the update badge).

I can see "Update All" on the App Store, and I know I can individually update those apps in the update list where I click on the price. But I can't figure out how to *not* opdate an app in the list and have it removed from the list. Right now I can only leave it there an have its little badge keep glowing on the App Store icon.
