I also agree. The current Mac OS X release (Leopard/Snow Leopard)is pretty mature and has been covered in several WWDCs. There are also lots of books on programming for Mac OS X. Mac OS 10.7 probably isn't ready for even a developer releases. WWDC 2011 will largely focus on the next "cat release".
Meanwhile, Apple has a new iPhone OS about to be released around the same time as WWDC, a new iPhone will also be released (with a different screen resolution -- programmers take note!), and it has a brand new platform (iPad), which while based on the iPhone OS, invites a different way of thinking. Some application types make less sense on the iPad; others make more sense; and all should prompt an interface redesign and rethink.
Still, those of us who develop on the Mac must swallow our pride a little and recognize that Apple has for the last 3 quarters generated more revenue from the iPhone than the Mac, and with the strong response to the iPad, I think the iPhone/iPad revenue for Apple is going to dominate for the foreseeable future.
