Had the same problem. Over the years I've ended up with 4 Apple ID's. I
called Apple Care about consolidating them into one and was told to contact
iTunes support. Itunes said that I needed to contact Apple Care.
In the end I kept going back and forth and desided it's not worth the
hassle.
