...as do most large corporate campuses, since, believe it or not, some Apple employees may have non-AT&T and non-Apple cell phones.
Not only that, but many corporate physical plant operations will lease building space for cell towers, completely unrelated to anything else.
(I really wish that people would stop reading things into this until the day a CDMA iPhone is actually released, if ever... ;-)
