Yes. I know the bars aren't really significant as discussed on the list, but immediately following update they literally went from a steady five to a wave up and down from 4 to zero and repeatedly undulating where I usually had a steady 5. Shutting it off and rebooting did nothing. For some reason adding the bumper has helped but not completely.
