That's where it used to be, it's not on my phone post upgrade. I've talked to Apple and Ma Bell. Ma Bell was clueless as I expected, but so too was Apple. Apple thinks my carrier settings file is out of date (even though that should have installed with iOS4 right) and that when I plug my phone into iTunes it should automatically tell me the carrier file needs updating.
Guess what doesn't happen.
So new question: how do you force a carrier settings update even though iTunes tells you said file is up to date, and barring that, where can I go to download it? Already know how to manually update it.
