Any chance the machine is still under AppleCare? I had good luck, when
I lost my install discs, receiving a replacement from Apple when I
called AppleCare.

Have you double-checked the info you got from the store? Not sure about
server, but I thought I had read that Apple's general policy is to
support
the newest and prior generation's OS'es, which would be Leopard and Snow
Leopard. But maybe that is just for updates and patches. Also, if you
have a
store nearby, make sure you speak to the techs at the Genius Bar, not
the
sales people. My experiences with the sales people is that I know more
about
Macs than they do.
Do you already have it installed on a machine somewhere? If so, could
you
create a bootable dmg off that machine using Disk Utility or another app
and
then do a system restore on the other machines? It's basically pirating
the
software, but you are (at least morally) in the right, since you have
legitimate licenses.
Just grasping at straws here in an effort to help you out or get you
thinking about alternatives. How badly damaged are the discs?
I would browse or ask around on the Apple Support forums. I'm sure
you're
not the first person to run into this problem.
For future reference, you can create installable dmg's to protect from
just
such an incidence.
