Title: Re: [Fed-Talk] iPhone/iPad CAC
As Peter mentions below, I ordered the SCM SCR 3500 (from SCB Solutions, FWIW). It appears to work fine with my DoD CAC – connected with it now to sign and send this message. MacBook Pro, OSX 10.6.3, using Entourage v12.2.4 on my home network.
The CAC was also recognized through Parallels, the SCR 3500 was identified by both Win XP SP3 and the ActivCard middleware, and the CAC certificates were accessible to MIE 7. Sweet.

Mike,

email from August 21, 2009. Tony is a participant on the fed-talk list so he's seeing the renewed interest in this device. I received an email yesterday from a Navy person who ordered one to try it out with his DoD CAC card. He'll report his findings.

Peter, you're welcome to post availability through Holman's to the fedtalk list.
This item is a direct ship from the vendor so I can't see availability/ETA through my distributor.
Cost would be about $15.50
Thanks!
