Interestingly enough, nothing happened. I was able to send and receive
email, and I even was able to receive a 500 KB attachment (I sent myself a
picture) without Outlook raising any flags.
When I quit out and also quit the Database Daemon process, I got the "Time
Machine has restored..." message on the next launch and it started a
rebuild. However, since it couldn't replace the database itself, it looks
like Outlook changed my profile folder from "Main Identity" to "Main
Identity [Backed up 2010-10-11 12.24.00]". From the user point-of-view,
everything looks normal.
Thanks,
Rich
