You should talk to your enterprise Telecom folks (the ones that buy NASA Blackberries and cell phones) as they could procure the femtocell directly from their AT&T contacts.
There is one person responsible for in-building deployments for AT&T. Her name is Rene Pachinbhayag. The email address I have for her is email@hidden. She focuses on larger DAS based deployments though.
