Not sure there will be. Unless something has changed, the Lion server "app" is simply a beginning download. Once launched, it downloads an additional 300+MB of files. Apple would need to create a totally different installation process. The Lion client "app" includes the entire installation package, which you can easily extract and use to create your own installer stick/card.
Of course, Apple can do anything they want to so these are simply my observations.
