It shouldn't since your previous email said it has to be hosted on Apple hardware and Apple's EULA says multiple instances of server can run on Apple hardware.
Funny thing is I thought ESXi was hardware based and Apple doesn't make any ESXi-based hardware (yes/no?)

What is Apple's official statement on this relative to the Apple EULA? Does hosting OS X Server on VMware 5 violate this?
