- Thread-topic: Windows secure DDNS registration by OS X clients?
Lots of questions online, no solutions that I can find. 'net ads register -P' gives me an unhelpful unspecified GSS error, which would normally make me think failure to obtain Kerberos credentials. But if I dump the samba ccache ('net cache list') I see the tickets I'd expect. Rerunning 'net ads register' with debug up to 10 tells me that the sessions credential *is* obtained, but update fails. This is as close as I can get to an actual error without resorting to Wireshark:
ads_dns_lookup_ns: 2 records returned in the answer section.
Any ideas out there?
