They've made it harder to keep digital copies of your own movies and music, sort of forcing you into iTunes or another online media store to get content.
I remember the uproar when they removed the floppy from the iMac of the days, I haven't use a floppy in I don't know how long.
I didn't realize the new Mac Mini doesn't have a DVD drive though… I guess you really do not need one as long as they keep with the ability to install the OS from a USB drive…
Personally speaking, I got a new SSD drive and if it weren't for my optical drive in my MacBook Pro, I would have been toast, because the first install toasted the drive.
So I do hope at least Apple keeps the ability use USB devices…
