I think that there is both individual and group acccounts, but I have never
utilized the group mechanism.
I suspect that we could make an arrangement similar to iTunes U that
utilizes a form of SAML2 to authenticate users based on their home
institution. In this case, our CAC or .mil credentials would be all that
would be verified by DoD (or subsequent departments), and that would tell
Apple's developer store what kind of account arrangement we have. But, I do
not know if such a capability currently exists or not. None the less, that
would make a whole lot of sense for many reasons.
