First, I want to thank a coworker here for forwarding me something regarding this issue as others were having it too. Not sure if he wants his named mentioned so I won't mention it, but I can confirm that the reason for the random start up reboots were definitely related to Parallels 7.
Parallels released an update yesterday, once installing the update the machines now function as normal...
And to think I suspected someone of putting a keylogger in :)
And if anyone cares, I have VMWare and Parallels... IMHO Parallels 7 has excellent lion integration and VMWare lags far behind.. I've switched to parallels over VMWare.. it literally makes windows apps look like a full screen lion app.. and with desktop integration I can use Windows Office just like its mac offce, and windows office actually is nicer than mac office 2011.
Just a neutral perspective.
