Every time Java releases a new update, DTS stops working for us. In our case it is because whenever a new version is installed, the Java plugin is set to inactive by default. DTS does not notify that Java is inactive, so I typically have to go to
and click "Verify Java Version". Then I get the following screenshot:

Clicking on “Inactive Plug-in” brings up a couple of Java prompts, I choose “Allow” and “Run”, then I get a confirmation that Java is installed.
After that I can switch over to DTS, reload the page and the Java DBsign plugin works.

Anyone know the fix to this. I am using both Safari and Firefox latest versions, and latest version of Java.
