Has anyone ever seen this behavior? The user has a Mac running 10.7.5,
Outlook 14.3.2 and proper PKI certificates on his PIV card.
As of this morning, whenever he tries to send an encrypted email, a list
pops up asking "Which certificate to use" for the given individual. And
that person will be listed two or more times in the pop-up list. And he
has to choose the correct certificate twice before it will send. And only
one of the items in that list is correct. It sends fine and is encrypted
fine. But this did not happen to him yesterday.
I tried flushing his tokencache, dumped all Microsoft preference files,
reset his default keychain; Does anyone have any other ideas on how to
curb this behavior?
