Expect it to take a little while... I'd say up to a week or so. The engineers have been focused on the deadline for 10.9, they probably have not had anyone working on 10.8 in the past couple of weeks. I expect it was an "all hands on deck" scenario with every man-hour they had thrown at 10.9 up until the release date.
FWIW, Nessus isn't complaining about any of the listed vulnerabilities on my 10.8 box.... probably due to not having a DAT update yet, but the point is, these were not exactly "zero-day" level issues that I'm aware of.
(and FWIW, you should be running ARD 3.6.2 for your 10.6 clients - 3.4 is pretty old - I'm showing it came out in August of 2011). I haven't put 3.7 through our test cycle yet, but the description in my software update server just says "recommended for *all* Apple Remote Desktop clients..." (emphasis mine). Looks like it may work for 10.6 as well, I'll have to test.
