Odd, the reporter states the the JIE is moving to a standards based email service. Isn't the JIE using proprietary MS Exchange? That's not exactly standards based...
Navy et al says they get better bang for the buck with NMCI. Unfortunately that did not work for the Army who had email service at roughly 1/8 the cost of (enterprise email) EE. At the same time I hear of EE outages regularly so not clear as to how benefit lines up for Army...
Anyone here using EE? Understand it is not mobile compatible either?
