- Thread-topic: Computers running Mavericks with multiple displays hanging on startup when PolicyBanner should be displayed
We have seen a number of newer Macs the are running Mavericks and have at least two displays connected that, on startup, get to the point where they should be displaying the PolicyBanner fail to display the banner. This stops the user from being able
to click the Accept button and continue the login process. These all appear to be machines with displays connected via thunderbolt ports on the computer. If you unplug one of the displays, the banner will display properly and the login process can be completed.
Also, removing the /Library/Security/PolicyBanner file allows the login process to proceed since there is no banner displayed.
Has anyone else seen anything like this?
Gary
