But again, those are not for use for anything but development/testing purposes.
It also doesn't solve the problem of sales tax, because it would still need to be removed from the order.
With AppleSeed, you can't count on being given a copy of whatever you are testing, and seems an awfully roundabout way of getting software, as opposed to just purchasing what you need and retroactively removing tax.
