Did everyone see that Samsung's mobile platform received security approval to handle classified documents while it's also being fingered for being vulnerable: http://9to5google.com/2013/12/24/samsungs-knox-smartphone-security-system-could-be-breached-by-a-childrens-game-security-researchers/
Seems that Apple isn't the only company with some challenges.

Subject: [Fed-Talk] Apple QA
Having previously defended Apple, I think it's fair to also point out their software QA, for both iOS and Mac OS, has been lacking lately. I had dinner with a friend who works for Apple, he said there have been discussions of these QA problems inside the company, and "revealed" to me the insider's least-favorite Mac OS applications. (I won't mention them, but I will say that I was -not surprised- by his answer.)

p.s. It seems to me this recent OLE vulnerability is much more likely to be exploited in The Real World (tm) than the ones listed for Apple. I've always considered MS Office Embedded Objects to be evil; they often don't work across versions of Office. http://securityaffairs.co/wordpress/29511/security/microsoft-ole-new-zero-day.html
