The section “Option 1: Use createinstallmedia” works fine in Yosemite, too.

For what it's worth, there are a number of ways to deploy OS X after
delivery via the App Store started, without doing multiple downloads or
having it linked to an Apple ID. I don't have time at the moment to find
the resources for you; just letting you know it's possible.
