If Siri is so smart, can’t you tell it to turn itself off?

I only see "Hey Siri" as an On Device setting in General => Siri.
I would suggest "Allow Siri while device locked" be disabled. This would at least ensure someone is using the device (unlocked) vs. people just barking "Hey
Siri" at random.

Anyone see a way to restrict the “Hey Siri” feature? I don’t see way to manage it with a profile. I really don’t want to have to turn siri completely through
a restriction, but I’m not seeing an alternative. Hey Siri is a really bad security risk.
