Hello Raymond,
SecPod has the SCAP content (both vulnerability and compliance)
that's supported for Mac OS X different versions.
Please visit our SCAP oval repository for more information.
https://www.scaprepo.com
We also have the scanner called "saner", capable to scan the SCAP
content, currently Mac OS X support
is in the process, soon it'll be made public.

Raymond, the Center For Internet Security has an audit tool and benchmarks for Mac OS X 10.5, 10.6, 10.8, 10.9 and recently 10.10.

The benchmarks look like they are written in XCCDF 1.1.
Hope that is helpful to you.
Steve
