Apple Professional Services is please to announce that we have released
Enterprise Connect PKI.
Enterprise Connect PKI entends Enteprise Connect functionality to our smart
card customers. Like Enterprise Connect, it provides a low-overhead solution to
integrate the Mac with Active Directory (AD). Here are some of the key features:
- Uses a smart card/certificate based identity to acquire a Kerberos ticket
from AD. You can use the Kerberos ticket to authenticate to web sites, file
servers and other resources that support Kerberos authentication.
- If you still have an AD password, you can be notified when the password
expires and change that password as needed
- Automatically mount your network home share and other shares
- Works with CryptoTokenKit and legacy tokend drivers
- Supports certificate-based identities stored in the user’s Keychain
- Easy to use and maintain
- Can work in conjunction with Centrify and also compatible with YubiKey
