This is probably one of the major causes behind the huge consumption
of antidepressants in the 21st century.
Background pictures in disk images are not backward compatible most of
the time and not perfectly forward compatible. If you intend to
support Mac OS X v10.x and later, the safest thing to do is to build
and set the background picture on a system running Mac OS X v10.x.
