Java 7 bugs should be reported to Oracle :)I reported this to them a few months ago, it has been fixed and should go into 7u25 (due out next month).In the meantime you can copy lib/flavormap.properties from Apple's java to java 7 to restore the old flavor list - although I don't think all of the esoteric Apple flavors made it into the fix, they seem resistant to including detailed OS X specific things. The one I wanted was text/html, which I have confirmed is in :)

After switching to Java 7 only text flavors are supported. I saw a discussion of a similar issue in this list, so are there any news about It, is this fixed with some Java 7 update?
